Training & Consulting Services

Cyberspace HQ offers three types of training on all products:

Telephone Consulting
If you are looking for consulting, or a complete walk-through on any of our products, we offer scheduled training and consulting appointments via telephone. Generally training appointments can be scheduled as soon as a few days in advance. Your appointment will be handled by a senior technical support and customer service supervisor who is an expert in the area you desire. Our telephone consulting fee is $150 per hour, in blocks of one hour.

On-Site Consulting
If you are looking for consulting or training at your site, we offer complete on-site service. Our on-site services can cover the complete scope of any product or service we offer, from one-on-one consulting to classroom training, and custom tailored train the trainer programs. On-site consulting and training is billed at $1,900 per day, including travel days, per consultant. The daily fee includes all expenses for any training in the United States. Travel expenses will apply outside the U.S.

Training at our place
Additionally, if you are in the Los Angeles area, or plan on a visit, we invite you to our offices for your consulting or training needs. Like telephone training, this is billed at $150 per hour, in one hour increments. Appointments are necessary.
